We are seeking a candidate for a recruitment administrator/customer service role and an administrator role at TotalLocum.

TotalLocum has been established for six years and is the leading supplier of locum pharmacists to major chains such as Boots, Lloyds, Superdrug and Alliance

TotalLocum specialises in the temporary search and select pharmacy recruitment market as well as some permanent recruitment.

A self-motivated and dedicated individual is sought who will fit in with the friendly team.     

It is essential that a candidate is able to deliver 100% accuracy and attention to detail and ensure processes are followed through in line with company procedures as all members of the team use a common database.

The recruitment process is Internet and phone based and therefore a confident and outgoing telephone manner is essential as well as strong customer service skills for the customer service role.

Applicants should be able manage and prioritise a constantly changing workload.

For a candidate who can demonstrate their abilities we would provide further training to develop the recruitment administrator role and fund a training course in recruitment practice

Recruitment Administrator/Customer Service agent:

Responsibilities would include speaking to clients to confirm in details of locums who have accepted placements online and updating the client’s requirements as well as chasing locums regarding placements and availability. You would also cover colleagues’ jobs in their absence

The role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and the successful candidate would need to demonstrate genuine commitment and dedication to the job.

Remuneration: £13,000 - £16,000     

Monday-Friday 8.30am -5.30pm with 1 hour lunch or two 30 min breaks

Administrator:

(Ref: TLA1)

Responsibilities: Day-to-day office administration, which is mostly computer based, and speaking to clients and locums to support the recruitment process.

Further Details: This position would suit a candidate who is keen to start or continue a career in administration who is committed to accuracy and attention to detail

You would have regular weekly tasks to complete as well as adhoc jobs. The main tasks include maintaining details on our custom built booking system, invoicing, setting up new clients on our database and speaking to clients and locums to support the recruitment process.

Remuneration: £12,000 - £13,500     

Monday-Friday 8.30am -5.30pm with 1 hour lunch or two 30 min breaks
